Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, email, or through another approved booking method.

Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information is your responsibility to ensure proper communication regarding your appointments.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We kindly request *at least 48 hours' notice* if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than *48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a *$50 fee per scheduled service**, which will be charged to the payment method on file.

This policy allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved appointment time to another client seeking care.

Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy, our team will contact you *4–5 days before your appointment* with a confirmation message.

If we do not receive a response, we will consider your appointment confirmed and your reserved appointment time will remain scheduled.

Not receiving or overlooking a reminder does not waive our cancellation policy.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate you. However, arriving late may require a shortened appointment to avoid delaying other clients, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, our cancellation policy may apply.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies and unexpected illnesses can occur. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible.
